Position Overview
New customer acquisition is the lifeblood of any business, and ensuring the right customer mix is key to the continued success of the business. The unit will need to drive acquisition and balance growth to deliver overall business goals.
The incumbent's focus should be equally devoted to the creation of programs and campaigns targeting the acquisition of new customers and to building the book from existing customers.
Responsibilities - Scout and identify potential opportunities
- Create a streamlined process for campaign management
- Ensure all sales channels and segments are fully updated on all campaigns
- Develop sales kit and collaterals as well as brochures detailing product campaign benefits
- Regular contact with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met
