Key Responsibilities
1. Product Support
- Assists in implementing product-related initiatives, updates, and process changes.
- Provides support in the preparation of product materials such as memos, presentations, and training decks.
- Supports branches and internal teams by responding to basic product-related inquiries.
2. Monitoring & Reporting
- Compiles and validates daily, weekly, and monthly product performance data (e.g., disbursements, applications, and portfolio quality).
- Prepares simple reports and dashboards.
- Assists in tracking product issues or feedback from branches.
3. Documentation & Administration
- Maintains and updates product files, guidelines, documentation logs, and reference materials.
