We are looking for a conscientious, hands on working supervisor to assist in the smooth running of our retail units within Central Fife these will include the dining room and Grab & Go within Victoria Hospital as well as our cafe at Whytemans Brae hospital. The service covers breakfast and lunch along with a growing hospitality provision.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced individual in this role with a dedicated team of staff who strive to achieve the best on a daily basis.

The Catering Supervisor will:

Supervise daily activities within the retail catering service, dining room, Grab &Go and Whytemans Brae Cafe ensuring performance is maintained to the highest standards
Motivate, support and train team members to deliver excellent customer service
Work closely with chefs and assist in the kitchen when required.
Take a hands-on approach at the servery. supporting service during busy periods
