Role Overview

We are looking for an Inventory Incharge to manage store inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy, support replenishment, and maintain smooth coordination between warehouse and store teams. The role requires strong operational control, attention to detail, and coordination with multiple stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor daily inventory movement, stock availability, and replenishment requirements
Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system
Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and physical verification activities
Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and sales teams for timely stock movement
Ensure proper inward and outward processing of inventory
Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shrinkage, and take corrective actions
Track slow-moving, non-moving, and fast-selling inventory
Ensure proper storage standards and stock organization within the store
