The Retail Execution Lead owns end-to-end field execution, store operations, and sales performance across both Watsons (modern trade) and kiosk channels.
This role ensures that all locations are properly staffed, operational, compliant, and consistently delivering sales results. The Retail Execution Lead translates commercial plans, campaigns, and sales priorities into strong in-store execution, ensuring visibility, availability, and frontline alignment.
As the direct manager of Beauty Advisors and field teams, this role is accountable for what happens in-store, driving execution excellence, resolving operational issues, and ensuring consistent retail performance across all locations.
