You’ll work closely with the Curation Team, event producers, and operations team to ensure a seamless vendor journey from onboarding to on‑site delivery.

• Curate the retail mix, sourcing standout vendors that align with the event concept, theme, and target audience.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with local boutiques, international brands, and niche concept stores.
• Negotiate and manage secure, favourable vendor terms, pricing structures, and exclusivity where applicable.
• Deliver seamless execution by overseeing vendor set‑up, merchandising flow, and on‑site coordination.
