Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in cost and management accounting, including analysis and reporting.
- A BCom degree or equivalent is preferred, and progress towards a CIMA qualification would be advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in ERP systems and BOM. Familiarity with business intelligence software would be beneficial.
- Experience in a Retail, FMCG or e‑commerce environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.
