About the Role

As a Retail Consultant (Showroom Sales) you will be passionate about supporting builders and homeowners as they navigate through the renovation journey. This role, located in Newmarket, will not only be based in our stunning showroom but also require visiting account customers (such as builders, developers and interior designers) on-site. A passion for customer service and building business relationships is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers on-site to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
