The Role

You will lead the design and licensing (Declaración Responsable / Licencias de Actividad) for our commercial clients. This role requires speed, precision, and a deep understanding of how space influences business performance.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing high-impact commercial interiors and facades.
• Navigating the specific regulations for “Locales de Pública Concurrencia” in Madrid.
• Creating spaces that elevate the brand value of our investment partners.
