Meat Cutting and Preparation - Expertly cut, trim, and debone various types of meat (beef, lamb, poultry) into desired cuts, including steaks, roasts, chops, and ground meat.
- Prepare marinated meats, sausages, and other value-added products.
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures to maintain meat quality and freshness.
Customer Service - Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers.
- Offer advice on meat selection, cooking methods, and recipe ideas.
- Answer customer questions accurately and professionally.
- Build rapport with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
Merchandising and Display - Create attractive and eyeβcatching displays of meat products.
- Ensure proper labelling, pricing, and rotation of stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Workplace Safety and Hygiene
