We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Business Development Manager.**

**In this role you will:**

Develop and deliver tailored and in-depth individual and group wealth insurance training programs for sales force to uplift their ongoing productivity, sales quality and service quality in existing and new channels to support INHK distribution strategies, through:

+ Designing and implementing onboarding program to activate new sales force,
