Draft, review, and negotiate consumer finance agreements, credit agreements, loan documentation, and customer terms and conditions.
Support the development and launch of consumer financial products and retail banking products, ensuring compliance with UK financial services regulation.
Conduct legal analysis and regulatory reviews to identify and mitigate risks relating to consumer lending, credit products, and retail banking activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified lawyer eligible to practice in the UK with the right to work in the UK.
