Position Overview
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently to record, accept, and verify payments (Cash, NETS, Credit Cards, and Digital Wallets).
- Proactively share product knowledge with customers (e.g., origin of food items, cooking tips, or best-sellers).
- Recommend complementary products or current Purchase-with-Purchase (PWP).
- Introduce new product arrivals or seasonal specials to customers during the checkout process.
- Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries about product availability, and manage basic feedback or returns professionally.
- Stay updated on current store promotions, member loyalty programs, and seasonal discounts to advise customers accurately.
- Assist in replenishing stocks on shelves and ensuring products are displayed according to quality standards.
