Location: Central (Vivo/Bugis/GWC/Jewel)
Working Hours: General retail hours and weekends
Salary: Up to $3000 + Incentives
Job Responsibilities - Lead and motivate ambassadors during daily operations.
- Handle customer escalations, refunds, and exchanges with confidence and empathy.
- Oversee stock take, replenishment, and store presentation to maintain perfect standards.
- Execute store promotions and communicate updates clearly to the team.
- Identify improvement areas in customer flow, merchandising, and operations.
- Take initiative as IC (in-charge) when the manager is off‑duty — ensure smooth opening and closing.
