The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring sales goals are achieved, expenses are well controlled, and outstanding customer service is consistently provided. This role plays a key part in driving store performance and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Support daily store operations, ensuring effective trading, customer assistance, and resolution of enquiries, complaints, and special orders.
