Roles & responsibilities include: - Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store.
- Greeting customers, the moment they enter the store and making them feel welcome.
- Perform cashiering function / Cashiering counter closing.
- Be approachable and be a good listener in discovering customers’ needs.
- Recommend a product and solution in meeting customers’ needs & objectives.
- Generate interest through the sharing of product knowledge.
- Keeping abreast of product knowledge through continuous learning.
- Overcoming customers’ objections.
- Upselling of pet accessories, toys etc.
- Promote and market PLC membership sign-ups & renewals.
- Provide tender loving care to small animals in the store.
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff, customers and pets.
