Retail Assistant Manager, Store Operations

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Store Operations is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, team leadership, and in-store execution across all retail outlets at Grouse Mountain.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing merchandising, maximizing sales performance, developing staff, and ensuring operational excellence across all retail outlets.

Works closely with the Retail Manager, and Assistant Manager, Inventory & Purchasing, to achieve departmental KPIs and create memorable guest experiences.
