Job Description
We are hiring Retail Customer Service Representatives to assist shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide product and pricing information
Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain accurate records of transactions
Escalate complex issues to supervisors
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training:
Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on retail systems and processes
Requirements:
High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
Strong English communicationCustomer-focused and detail-oriented
Basic computer and multitasking skills
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
