Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring a restructuring and special situations finance associate to join its market-facing Business Restructuring and Reorganization practice. This is a creditor-side role with consistent exposure to top-of-capital-structure work and complex liability management transactions.
The team is active across Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings, advising sophisticated financial institutions on matters that shape outcomes rather than follow them.
The Role
•Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private credit platforms, and other institutional lenders
•Advise on DIP financings, exit financings, liability management transactions, and special situations investments
