- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff to enhance performance.
- Manage customer relations, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Knowledgeable in handling restaurant and bar operations including company events.
- Experienced in guest engagement and transactions including handling and resolving conflicts and complaints.
- Can create food and beverage (F&B) promotions.
- Equipped in preparing F&B reports.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills; able to work well with others.
