- Staff Management :Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate store employees; assign tasks and delegate duties.
- Customer Service :Ensure excellent service, handle complaints, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty.
- Inventory & Merchandising :Monitor stock levels, order merchandise, manage replenishment, and oversee attractive product displays.
