Position Summary:


The Restaurant Shift Manager assists the Food and Beverage Operations Manager in the day to day operations of the outlet.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:



+ Works with the Food and Beverage Operations Manager to achieve the established P&L guidelines

+ Assists in the hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining and scheduling of supervisors and line staff

+ Responsible for the requisition and inspection of all products and the maintenance of inventory par amounts

+ Assists in the preparation of payroll
