Position Overview
Position Responsibilities:
+ Manage day-to-day restaurant services functions, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for Distribution Center operations
+ Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guidebooks, new processes, and contingency plans
+ Own credit and claims processes for the distribution center
+ Develop and maintain relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, Suppliers, and Field Office positions within the local market
+ Act as liaison between customer supply chain manager and distribution center
+ Ensure our internal stakeholders are aligned with customer communications and changes to processes and procedures are cascade appropriately
