Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service Take orders accurately and handle POS transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently and with care Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and kitchen areas Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed Refill stock, condiments, utensils, and napkins Follow company's SOPs and safetyguidelines at all times Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Team player with good communication skills Prior F&B or service experience is a bonus, but not required (training provided)
