POSITION INFO: Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: - Matric Certificate
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality will be a distinct advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast paced Restaurant environment in Front and Back of House
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role
- Must have POS experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: - Manage all the financial procedures
- Manage stock levels
- Manage food costs, ensure stipulated cost of sales are achieved
- Ensure budgets are achieved
- Ensure operational standards are implemented in the restaurant
