Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Utilizes budgets to understand financial objectives.
- Supervises and manages employees. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees absence.
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead influence and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
- Identify training needs and develop and deliver the required training for restaurant employees to meet the needs of the business. Lead the training of OutletDepartmental Trainers to continue to improve restaurant service levels and implement a daily departmental training program.
