Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers to be placed countrywide.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, profitability, customer experience, and people management of the restaurant.
- The role is accountable for driving operational excellence, achieving sales and profit targets, building high‑performing teams, and ensuring that all company brand standards and customer service expectations are consistently executed.
- The Restaurant Manager is expected to lead from the front by creating a culture of accountability, operational discipline, teamwork, and exceptional customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
