Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to the company’s food quality standards.
- Drive sales to achieve store targets.
- Implement local store marketing initiatives.
- Manage manpower utilization, including labor cost, manpower requisition, record keeping, and employee relations.
- Oversee building and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure delivery of total quality service to customers.
- Maintain daily adherence to cleanliness and mise-en-place standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
- Achieve sales targets, food cost targets, and labor cost targets.
- Ensure delivery of quality food, service, cleanliness, maintenance, and ambiance.
- Manage cash control.
