Cheezious is looking for dynamic individuals to join our Operations team. We are hiring for three key leadership positions at our restaurant locations to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences
1. Restaurant Manager To lead entire restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards for guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profit optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the team with vision and achieving KPIs across people, sales, and profit. Managing financial results (P&L), tracking sales, costs, and conducting cash audits. Hiring, coaching, and developing a bench of future leaders. Ensuring compliance with preventative maintenance, food safety, and quality audits.
2. Assistant Manager To lead shifts effectively and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business objectives and upholding brand standards.
