Provides guests with a seamless and efficient dining experience which lives up to the brand standard and service expectation. Implements sound service and control procedures and strategic revenue goals. Maximises food and beverage revenue and reduces cost. Manages employees and adheres to all compliance requirements.
Minimum
Grade 12.
Diploma in Food and Beverage Management/equivalent.
Computer literacy is essential particularly with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
