Position Overview
SUMMARY: Restaurant Manager - George A fantastic opportunity exists for a dynamic, energetic and hands on Restaurant Manager to join a well-established Restaurant Group.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: - Opening and closing duties and functions
- Housekeeping combined with health, safety and hygiene standards
- Full staff management - training, mentoring and upskilling, rosters, disciplinary actions, management of SOP's
- Full stock management - stock takes, cycle counts, ordering, stock rotation,
- Guest relations, dealing with issues / queries and problems and ensuring fast and efficient resolution is found
- Management reports - cash flow, stock, overheads, etc.
- Ensure that the establishment is in top order - attend to and sort out any maintenance issues
