Position Overview
As Food & Beverage Restaurant Hostess my duties and responsibilities will include:
· Greet guests on arrival in resort restaurants and conduct welcome procedures in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible as per Six Senses Standards.
· Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently as specified in departments standards.
· Escort guest to the table and assist in seating and present the water, menu and hand towels.
· Inspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine list, ensure designated amounts are available, and
update menus or wine lists as changes occur.
· Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively in the working area.
· Take orders from any food & beverage outlet menus.
· Ensure all mis-en-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour of service.
· Follow the leadership of the captain or supervisor on shift.
