Position Summary:

This position is responsible for replenishing table supplies, removing dirty dishes and re-setting tables according to department policies, procedures and steps of service.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:



+ Assists Food Servers in serving, pre-bussing and cleaning tables

+ Prepares and breaks down service stations in accordance with dining room standards
