Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and guide service staff to ensure efficient and professional service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to guest enquiries and feedback promptly
- Maintain service quality and ensure compliance with the restaurantβs service standards and procedures
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and manpower allocation
- Train and mentor service staff to improve service standards and product knowledge
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and ordering of supplies
