General Description of Duties: Responsible for the oversight of all custodial operations, maintenance, landscaping and proper upkeep of all buildings/facilities located at the assigned contracts as assigned by the Operations Manager. Responsible for the inspection of all work performed by subordinates to ensure compliance with the Scope of Work. Duties will include landscaping of grounds, repair and maintenance of facilities (minor electrical, plumbing, painting, woodwork and custodial) plus other tasks required by the assigned contract. This work is performed in a hands-on fashion.

Education and Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. Post high school training in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry and landscaping preferred. Five years work experience required. Five years general maintenance and/or custodial experience required. Knowled...
