Define strategic planning to drive for the business of Corporate Finance with the objective to maximize the Company interest and investment returns, including but not limited to IPOs, merger & acquisition, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities Manage the relevant activities to ensure the compliance with SFC requirements, regulations and guidelines Build excellent partner relationship with stakeholders and relevant authorities to effective the implementation of investment projects Be the bridge to liaise with regulatory authorities and professional bodies to understand the possible risks and market direction to facilitate the formulation of business direction and decision Compile reports through a wide range of marke...
