• Coordinate operational activities for data integration services under the DataOps Team Manager, ensuring effective change management, quality assurance, SLA monitoring, and comprehensive SOP documentation.
• Monitor and track the smooth operation of critical business processes, acting as the primary contact for SLA‑and procedure‑related topics.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve documentation and operational procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with internal standards, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.
