The Edinburg Center is seeking a Respite Counselor in our innovative, community-based, respite program to assist mental health clients in avoiding unnecessary hospitalization or transition successfully from the hospital to community living.




What You Will Do:



Primary responsibilities include providing recovery-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation, advocacy, support and crisis prevention/intervention services to adults temporarily residing in a short term respite.

Who You Are:
BA and at least 1 year experience with adult mental health population required OR High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience will be considered.
