Our team enjoys a diverse and stimulating workday, which includes transporting acute patients to regional sites, conducting outpatient testing, and providing essential education. With increased staffing, we’ve strengthened our patient‑to‑respiratory therapist support ratio, ensuring high‑quality care. We foster an environment of autonomous practice, empowering our therapists to lead critical respiratory decisions across inpatient units and the Emergency Department.
