The Fedcap School is an accredited private school in West Orange, New Jersey, dedicated to helping students ages 13-21 classified with cognitive, multiple, or behavioral disabilities succeed and thrive into adulthood. JOB PURPOSE:

Resource Teachers have varied responsibilities; all focused on providing individualized help to students. They create personalized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs, guiding their learning journey.
