Role: Resource & Scheduling Manager, Latin America

Position overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to manage resource assignment and capacity planning. As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for supporting consultant allocation, maintaining resource data, and assisting with capacity planning across active projects. The role forms part of a global resource management team, with a primary focus on the Americas region, while supporting global delivery. You will work alongside the project management team to ensure efficient processes that enable high-quality client service across a multinational software organization.
