Initiates, administers, and executes necessary actions for CFMO programs. Ensures regulatory and procedural compliance with the Master Cooperative Agreement (MCA), and other Federal, state, and local regulations. Develops internal controls and monitors programs to ensure state priorities and mission objectives are achieved. Serves as a member of the Program Budget Advisory Committee (PBAC).
