The Resource Manager is responsible for end-to-end human capital management across projects and business units — ensuring the right talent is available at the right time and cost. The role spans resource allocation, bench management, capacity planning, budgeting, and workforce strategy, acting as the central link between Delivery, HR, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Resource Allocation & Demand Management
- Own end-to-end resource allocation across all active projects; match project demands with available talent, prioritising bench resources before triggering new hiring.
- Resolve resource conflicts and over-allocation issues; chair Weekly Resource Review Meetings (WRRMs) with Project Managers and BU Heads.
