This ND National Guard position is for a RESOURCE MANAGER, Position Description Number D0977P01 and is part of the ND JOINT STAFF, National Guard. Responsibilities As a Resource Manager, you will accomplish the management and financial administration of programs under the control of the CFMO, along with supervising the work of the function. Serves as a principal advisor to the CFMO regarding resource management. Initiates, administers, and executes necessary actions for CFMO programs. Serves as a member of the Program Budget Advisory Committee (PBAC). Oversees and performs program analysis, including planning, programming, budgeting, funds allocation, procurement, accounts management, internal controls, and reporting.
