We're seeking a Resource Demand Planning Specialist to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for staffing and resource planning for specific areas, ensuring a seamless match between talent capabilities and project needs of moderate scope.
**What you will be doing**:
- Schedule and coordinate professional services consultants for Epicor client engagements within assigned area of responsibility, maintaining resource management cadences and timely commitment of services.
- Continually monitoring resource availability (or bench) and actively filling/marketing availability.
- Responsible for third party resource scheduling and adherence to procedural policies.
- Identify consultant scarce skill needs and bring awareness forward; increase utilization.
- Identify risk areas i.e. supply/demand, over/understaffed, shortage of a specific skill and review with manager.
