As a Resource Counselor, you serve as the first point of connection—providing guidance, information, and support that helps individuals and families move forward with confidence. This role provides direct support for the JABA Helpline, serving as a key entry point for individuals seeking assistance and resources.
What You'll Do

+ Serve as the first point of contact for individuals, caregivers, and professionals through the JABA Helpline and other inquiry channels

+ Provide accurate, unbiased information and referrals to community and JABA resources

+ Use a person-centered approach to assess needs, preferences, and goals
