As Serco expands its programs and partnerships in Canada, we are seeking dedicated Resource Centre Employment Specialists to deliver inclusive, front-line support that connects Albertans to employment services and community resources. This role requires strong organizational skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to engage dynamically with job seekers, community partners, and service providers.

Resource Specialists provide front-end operational and client support, ensuring referrals are actioned quickly, appointments are coordinated, and Job Seekers can access practical, low-barrier assistance while maintaining strong data integrity. This role is essential in connecting Albertans to employment services and community resources efficiently and inclusively.
