Position Overview
Key Performance Areas
Duties range from telephone, office administration, reservations, stock/asset control, data capturing and handling of money. Reception/housekeeping including preparing and checking in clients. This person must be able to work without supervision and have good customer relations. Relief Manager when the Resort Manager is on leave.
Key Competencies & Personal Attributes
- Matric / Grade 12 equivalent
- 2 yearsβ experience in a similar position
- Computer literacy skills including Excel & Word
- Hospitality experience will be beneficial
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Own transport & Drivers Licence essential
- Prepared to work on weekends; public holidays that fall on a check in day, late evenings and call outs
Additional Requirements
Must have a valid work permit/citizenship to work in Namibia
