The Job:

As the Resort Operations Director, you will be responsible for the complete day-to-day running of this standalone resort, you will have full responsibility for all financial matters which have been agreed upon by you and the owners, as Operational Director you will have full autonomy to evaluate all revenue streams and implement strategic and operational changes in order to enhance and drive overall Resort growth and profitability. While working closely with your financial director to ensure all capital Expenditure and projects are in line with agreed budgets which would be the final sign off from the owners of the business.
