Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented **Data Resolution Specialist in the Princeton, NJ area** to join the Resolution Services team. This role supports score accuracy and data integrity by reviewing, analyzing, and resolving student records and testing issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Review and resolve student records and test-related issues
+ Perform manual score calculations and resolve data discrepancies
+ Investigate missing materials and interpret incident reports
+ Apply or remove score holds and correct data errors
+ Maintain test taker records and update billing accounts
+ Follow established processes to meet quality and SLA standards
+ Identify and report process issues; suggest improvements
+ Respond to customer inquiries and support production workflow
